MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Red Mile Studio products are made to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed. For personalised products, production begins after you approve the digital proof where a proof is provided.

Production and delivery estimates may vary by product, destination and seasonal demand. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or supplied with your order is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

Our print partner may fulfil your order from a production location close to the delivery address where available. Tracking details will be sent when the selected delivery service provides tracking. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs to be changed. We will try to assist, but an address cannot usually be changed after production or dispatch has begun. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

DELAYS AND UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS

If we become aware of a significant delay or cannot supply an ordered product, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution. This may include a revised delivery estimate, replacement, alternative product, cancellation or refund, depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

DAMAGED OR MISSING DELIVERIES

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact hello@redmilestudio.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and photographs where relevant so we can investigate with the delivery and production partners.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or customs charges that are not collected at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing may also affect delivery time.
