This website is operated by Red Mile Studio, based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. By visiting the store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this website.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must provide current, complete and accurate order, delivery and contact information. You must not use the store or its products for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the store's operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We take reasonable care to display product colours, dimensions and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and the handmade or made-to-order nature of products may cause minor variations. Product availability, specifications and prices may change without notice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or we cannot reasonably fulfil it. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment where available.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
You are responsible for checking names, coordinates, dates and other details submitted for personalised products. Where we provide a proof, production begins after approval. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after approval or once production begins. We remain responsible for production errors, faulty goods and other obligations under applicable consumer law.
SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Production, delivery, return and refund arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Store content, artwork, branding, photographs and designs belong to Red Mile Studio or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced, sold, distributed or commercially exploited without permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in its design.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store is hosted by Shopify and products may be produced and delivered by third-party fulfilment providers, including Gelato. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for our obligations to you under applicable law.
PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information needed to process, personalise, produce and deliver an order may be shared with service providers involved in fulfilling it.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Mile Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply in your location.
